Today, Can’t even take a simple order with ease. Ice in the drink when none requested and everything in my bag was cold. Window attendant(names starts with a T) was yelling back to his kitchen mates cussing with the window open. Use to love this place. Won’t be back now after the last few mishaps.

Only went thru drive-thru so my only opinion off of that. The lady at the other end was very pleasant and polite. Didnt get much, but what I did. Just Wow. A large drink is HUGE. Will be back.

Oscar was so kind. I visit taco johns rarely and when I have it hasn’t been great. So when I went tonight I wasn’t expecting the amazing service I got. He was SO kind and very nice. As I go rarely I don’t know the menu much and he explained every ingredient on certain items so that I got exactly what I wanted!!! Huge huge hugeeee thank you to Oscar for being so kind and having such a great attitude at 1:30 in the morning. I told my fiancé the whole way home “I can’t believe he was so nice and kind!” Service was quick and food was hot!

I love their specials on the app and the prices are great for a quick bite to eat. Just a warning though – I have visited several times, and each time both the guacamole and the seasoned ground beef has been too spicy for me. If you’re a “mild” or even “extra mild” taco eater like me, then you might want to spend a few more quarters to get extra sour cream!

This place was okay. The service was not quick, but the people were friendly. I ordered the street tacos, and was disappointed. They weren’t terrible, but part of the meal was cold. Also, these are not what I would call street tacos. They had lettuce and tomato, but no cilantro or onion. I come from California so maybe I shouldn’t have had such high expectations. However, I feel like they shouldn’t market “street tacos” if that’s not what they are.

I ordered at 0202 am after waiting 4 min at order station, street tacos with steak and was charged for burritos. After receiving my receipt I was handed a bag of food and I realized that I had burritos instead of my street tacos as ordered..I pulled back up to the window to attempt to rectify the order and was greeted by a gentleman stating he would remake my order and then another young man came to the window stating they could not rectify the order and handed myself $10 in vouchers with was less than what I had ordered. Extremely displeased with the quality of service and knowledge of order. Will never return to that place of business again. There was bad service and horrible treatment of customer.

Friendly and professional staff and good food. I’ve only used the drive thru and it takes just about as long as Taco Bell. Staff are attentive to customer needs, and flexible, Heather made sure my coupons got used even though I nearly forgot them.
