Got the wrong order. They had to reorder and recharge us. They said the refund for the wrong order will come in in 24 hours. I’ll report back and update to 2 stars at that point. Still extremely slow though, so that sucks. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush.

I love Taco Johns, and they don’t have them in Texas, so I was excited to come across one in Harden, MT. My excitement changed quickly to being mad after ordering my food. I stood there and watched 3 of the 4 employees just stand around while the other employee made the food. He didn’t seem to be in a hurry either. I stood there for 15 minutes, and they only made 2 small orders. I asked for a refund and they told me my food was next, which it wasn’t. After that, I asked again for a refund, and they gave me attitude, saying they had other customers they needed to make food for, not just me. I got my refund and left without my food. It would have taken another 10-15 minutes before I got my food.

I’m from out of state, I go through drive thru, lobby was closed, and ordered. Get back to our hotel and missing an item. Go back and show my receipt. TORI didn’t realize I could hear her. TORI was talking to a fellow worker about my order. Said how i wanted another quesadilla, it’s so easy to say they didn’t give it to me. Then proceeded to say how she “HATES HER CUSTOMERS”! I have her an earful and let her know I could hear her, but I feel this is unacceptable. I never would’ve said that about my customers, and yes, I’ve worked in retail.

First time eating here. I was not impressed. The food wasn’t very tasty. It was sort of hot, temperature-wise, but not enough to keep it hot while eating it. Portion was very small. If I had to compare this to Taco Bell, Taco Bell wins. I’m not a Taco Bell fan.

Not sure what the issue was but the lobby was closed, but did get to order from the drive thru as a walk up. Apparently they ran out of steak,… I’m just glad it wasn’t freezing out raining. Walked over from truck parking across the street. Otherwise those that assisted at the window were generically kind.

Overall a pretty rough experience but then again the area seems to be struggling as hole. They appeared to be short staffed so employees were trying thier best to cover the drive thru and dine in. The salsa bar was empty and the employees were busy enough I didn’t ask them. The lobby wasn’t horrible but definitely needed attention. Not there worst place we’ve been but not in a rush to go back
