If you try and order anything without the meat, they will melt down. You will have to repeat your order four times and it will still be way off. Like, it’s not that they accidentally put the meat on it, you will get a different order entirely. This is based on multiple experiences.

Ordered a large Tot with nacho cheese. I asked how big the large is and was told it’s 16oz. …. It Wasn’t! And the nacho cheese wasn’t big enough for all the tots.

Very poor drive thru service. Did not have knowledge of the menu or how to input order. Order was wrong and very cold, had to turn around and wait in a longer line to get it corrected, refused to correct it and stated it was fine and wasn’t cold. Very rude staff, refused to let me talk or leave my info for the manager. Went as far as the staff all took off their name tags. Little red haired girl yelled at my son, so very sad.

The place needs more help. There was one girl there making all the food. She was rushing around like a chicken with its head cut off. I was not surprised that when I got the food to where I was going to eat it, the order was not correct. In addition the mocha was so watered-down it was undrinkable

Just went through the drive through, told them three times what I wantedon my taco, mind you there were zero other people in this line. Then I say I have another order, they say I can only have one… That would make sense if the line was full but I was literally the only person ordering food. Then I call to complain and no one answers the phone. Ridiculous. Just to get home and nothing on my order is correct. Where is good work ethic anymore.
