Very clean and friendly service I have eaten here twice now and will be stopping here again in the near future Fairley new it’s way better than McDonald’s by far great choice taco John’s for taking over the old McDonald’s building.

The restaurant itself is clean. The lady who took our order was exceptionally nice. However, whoever they have filling the orders has a lot to be desired. Food took a long amount of time to be made and when we received it, it was wrong. I had asked for the chipotle lime sauce instead of the jalapeño ranch. I even PAID for the difference, at 49¢ per taco. When brought to their attention, they did not care, nor did they try to correct it. They simply said “sorry”.

Was disappointed, we got meat and potatoes burrito meals. The burrito had meat, cheese and potatoes but no lettuce, tomato or sour cream. They also forgot to give us our tacos.

Why did they get rid of the Macdonald. It was the stupidest decision. I walked in there once and will never do that again. Trash food.

I had never tried Taco John’s and was pleasantly surprised when I stopped at the Emporia, KS location where I was greeted with smiles and a friendly, “Welcome to Taco John’s!” by who I later learned was the Manager, Edgar. The cashier Connie was a sweetheart and talked me into trying their Potato Ole’s along with my chicken quesadilla. Their service, cleanliness and food far exceeded any fast food experience I’ve ever had – I would give them 6 stars if I could!
