I suspect your hot sauce is brewed by wizards, because one drop and my taste buds started salsa dancing the Macarena. And those Potato Olés? Unfortunately, the manager Cassandra has very bad customer service. I worked a 20 hour shift got off work, ordered 45.00 dollars worth of food just to come home to Loveland noticing order isn’t complete. I drive back to this location and instead of making it right and giving me my 2 orders of potato ole’s Cassandra begins to fight with me, asking me for my receipt, after saying “oh yeah, it was the 2 potato ole’s. I mentioned I stopped at a gas station and threw out receipt. I asked for GM who is Josh and still haven’t got a call back.

i don’t know what’s been going on here, but the last two times i have gotten food from here it’s been horrible. i went in person the first time, and the potato olés were quite literally not seasoned at all. second time i ordered off of doordash, same deal with the potato olés, (even though we requested extra seasoning) and i didn’t even get the bean and cheese burrito i ordered. im not there all the time so i truly don’t know, but i drive by frequently due to work & this place is rarely busy when i do, so it just feels kind of pathetic when the food comes out so “meh” or you don’t even get the right items.

Ordered several quesadillas. They were freezing cold and completely undercooked. So much so that the cheese wasn’t even melted. Very disappointing to make this discovery after getting home. Also ordered sides of cheese sause that we didnt get home with. The girl taking the orders didn’t bother making sure she spelled the names correctly for the orders so when the names were being called nobody knew if it was their order or not. Will not be returning to this location any time soon.

Extremely slow moving and understaffed. Waited 10 minutes before being greeted only to be told my order will be at least 5 more minutes. Staff was friendly but so inefficient. Definitely messes up my shift as a food delivery driver. Completely unacceptable!

Came here as this is one of my child’s favorite place… But also don’t go often.. when ordering I didn’t fully know what was on the items and once found out the staff worked with me very well as my child is sensitive to certain things.. they willing made it over and came out and talk to my child and made him laugh and feel comfortable about being willing to say no to things he don’t like
