I am always concerned about the amount of fat in fast food but this place seems to be OK. The grand daughter absolutely loves the potatoes and the bean burritos. I got street tacos and those were delicious as well. We all love soda and it was yummy.

I’ve only been here twice, and both times they’ve only had two people working in the kitchen – and apparently not working very hard at that… They’ve only had 1 or 2 other customers both times, yet they took a good five minutes to even acknowledge us both times. Tonight after waiting a full five minutes where you order at the drive though, we finally had to pull up and knock on the window several times to get their attention. The inside was locked and there was one small group in there that already had their food. Until they manage to hire a competent new staff, I strongly advise spending your money elsewhere.

Per your website information it says you close at 10pm, so I showed up last night at 9:05pm. The sign was on that said open, your front door stickers that have your store hours confirmed your closing time as 10pm. There were 2 empty cars in the parking lot and 1 bicycle locked up on the bike racks. I first tried to get out and go in but had no luck. I even called the store but no answer. So I went to the drive thru, which had the lights on and sat there for about 5 minutes. In this time, several other vehicles had tried to go in to the restaurant with no success as well as lined up behind me waiting to order. While I was getting ready to pull away one of the owners to the unoccupied vehicles came out to leave. I did try to ask what time y’all closed but just got laughed at. Being as how I do not live anywhere close to a taco johns, since I came from Longmont, it was very frustrating to show up with the information that you are open but, I can only assume, the closing person decided to not keep the regular hours and closed down an entire hour early. Then to have an employee, if it was an employee, laugh at me when asking what time the store closes was very disappointing. I’m not sure I will be back but hope this issue is addressed.

First time visiting this Taco Johns. Customer service was probably one of the best I’ve had in fast food in the fort collins area. She was helpful but didn’t rush us while we ordered. She was patient and provided information. I would return on service alone.

Haven’t been to Taco John’s in a very long time, but they were as good, as I remember them. Menu is simple, but that’s what I like about them. Great Tacos, and burritos. Quick and easy…It was pretty quite in the restaurant area, which is totally fine by me. This particular restaurant was clean!

Horrible experience both times I have ate here. The first time, they completely got my order wrong and on top had to wait 20 minutes for lousy service. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said ok maybe they were under staffed and busy. But today, I come in, only 1 others person In here, and they still managed to make me wait 25 minutes due to there lack of attention, they gave my order away to a drive thru customer! SMH. Both lady mangers lol like crystal meth users, i really regret eating here and would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!
