I can’t rate the food because we never got that far. We were the only ones (3 of us total) in the dining room and no one was in the drive thru. We waited at least 5 minutes, watched both people look out at us and waited for service. They didn’t even acknowledge our presence let alone come out and wait on us. We left and went across to Arby’s. Which by the way ..those guys were great. They rate the five star rating. Don’t waste your time at this taco johns.

Food was a disappointment. Tacos were not warm at all. Potatoes only 3/4’s full, and fish taco won’t buy again as they were dried out. I was the only one in drive thru and waited 18 minutes for my food.

I was really hungry and really looking forward to the Potato Scrambler since the guy taking the order said he could replace the pork with chicken and take out the cheese. Well my order came and it didn’t have any egg, so we asked and they said sorry and it came back with what seems like a tsp of scrambled egg? Is this how much they’re supposed to portion in this? I don’t know. Quite upset though since I live an hour away and needed something substantial to eat before going back to work.

2 times in a row I order a chicken and potato burrito. Both times its thrown in bag not wrapped in wrapper. Will not return since this is a common occurrence for the elderly rude couple that works here in the AM. I’m sure another company will appreciate my business.

Rarely eat fast food, but we were craving potatoe-o’lays and really impressed with this location! The workers were all really friendly, quick food, everything tasted great, and this location is CLEAN! After a customer left a booth, the guy working not only cleaned the table and benches.. he got down on his hands and knees and even cleaned the floor!! I’ve never seen that done at any restaurant, and I was shocked. I took our son to the restroom before we left too and couldn’t believe how clean that was too.. unless it’s an upscale restaurant, I’ve just come to expect the bathrooms are probably going to be gross and try not to use them -but with a kiddo it can be unavoidable. I was happy they were clean too. It may seem odd to be so impressed with cleanliness, but let’s face it, most fast food places don’t feel super clean – and this place did! When I want fast food and I’m in the area, this will be the stop again!
