Had recently given a 3 star rating. This place just keeps getting worse and worse… I love taco John’s. Such a disappointment. Haven’t gotten a hot taco from here in a couple years. Get home and the food is always cold… My daughter just said “we shouldn’t go back for a while.” I have to agree. Greeley Taco John’s needs a visit from headquarters. They used to be better.

I have never been so disappointed in a taco johns before. the lady that helped us didnt give us our receipt and she kept trying to put the wrong spelling of my moms name. and then when i asked for my receipt i was told i wouldnt be able to get it because she had already took another order. the manager that was asked to help fet the receipt was also of zero help and it looked like she was not trained properly. they messed up our potato ole and or normal oles. they we dry and un-seasoned i will never come to this taco johns again

Only car in Drive thru, waited 15-20 minutes for order. Poor help told them 3 times No Sour cream n still got it. Food was cold. Never again as been like this my last 4 visits.

3 soft shell with no lettuce, crunchy chicken, medium potato oles, ranch and nacho cheese to the side, taco John’s need to bring the sauce in cups back. No more little packages, I love taco John’s please go back to be cool.
