Update: 4 Years later. There is 1 person here for lunch rush. 1 person total taking orders, drive thru, cooking and cleaning. The bathroom is way cleaner than it ever was, in fact the whole store was cleaner, and the service was with a smile. But it’s 1 person handling 6 orders and managing the entire store simultaneously. Taco John’s needs more manpower keep up.

Food was sloppy and Luke warm. Wait time was atricious. Our $73 order was wrong at the drive thru and we didn’t find out until we got home. Their business phone is disconnected (Gee… I wonder why?) and the staff would not do anything about the missing food “after the fact.” This place has gone down hill! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I felt so bad for this staff. 2 ladies doing everything. Taking orders, cooking, cleaning and all with a smile. It took 20 minutes to get my combo . The manager came in and he didn’t even jump in to assist with clearing the line.

Rating 2 out of fairness since I never got a chance to eag the food as I was attempting to eat in the lobby that door said closed later then I arrived. Cars lined up at the drive thru, waited, and left due to no service. I don’t know what was going on with this place while what looked like only one female staff working went to take trash out and was just chatting away on her phone. Not assisting any customers with information. Closest I got to tasting John’s tacos were the parking lot. Guess I won’t ever know if they’regood or not!

We got the worst 6 pack in a pound that we have ever gotten. It was disgusting. The meat tasted like it had been sitting there all day long. There was absolutely no lettuce on the tacos. The potato ole’s were gross! We will never eat there again.

Heard alot of good things but the first time I ever went the only two employees were 2 women sitting at a table in the disgustingly dirty lobby and they told me the only thing that could be made were fried things. Needless to say we just left, how incredibly embarrassing, enough to never try at all.

Really bad service. First time that I went my order was incomplete, I had to go back for the rest of my order since it was a big order. This Second time and last time that I did a order, when I get home to check, I see that I have a piece of paper near the end of the bag that says “we don’t have shrimp sorry”. So the shrimp tacos, that I ordered it wasn’t there. I also paid for extra sour cream in the taco salad and add guacamole, but i didn’t get any of them!! (I guess they didn’t have any) I don’t understand why is so hard for them to communicate and notify me at the time I picked up my order. I’m definitely not coming back to this place.

Love Taco John’s. But today they get a 1 star. Just ate here a couple days ago and my street tacos couldn’t have been better. Tonight 3/29 my street tacos were more like a appetizer. Usually have hard time picking them up they are so full. I think the kid forgot to put something in them.
