Maybe it has changed, but the tacos were saucy and yummy. Their hard shells are gluten free, as well as the delicious delicious potato oles. Friendly staff, clean location, quick… I thought it was great for a crunchy tacos break.

It’s a Taco John’s in Fillmore Utah. It’s on the north side of I-15 exit 193 at a new Love’s Truck stop. Taco John’s has its own drive through window and entrance. The food is just as good as I remember. I saw a breakfast menu also. The Love’s Truck stop is new, big and clean. Cost of fuel was much cheaper than SL or Davis County. 11.25.22.

Saw this place being built a few months ago. As a trucker I was definitely interested in trying out this Mexican restaurant.

I’ve been there a few times. The first couple of times, not really impressed. The app won’t allow you to order at this location and seems overpriced.

We’ll !!! I don’t like Taco Bell but I prefer to there then this place. My Husband and I are truck drivers and this place is one of the stops going and coming from Salt lake that we stop at. The food is never warm the potatoes are not only cold but taste like oil. The meat is gross. If you want to throw your money away then stop here I guarantee that if you know Mexican food you will be disappointed. The place is clean but the staff in the taco johns are very rude and should not work in customer service.

Food was reasonably priced. Flavor was okay, about what you’d expect for a gas station restaurant. Service was good.

Ah good old Taco John’s brings back memories of living in South Dakota. Eating those tacos made me feel like a kid again. My daughter doesn’t like tacos but she loved the potato olés. And the 6 tacos and a pound of olés was perfect for us.

I enjoyed the burrito more than the taco.

I asked for taco with no meat. I asked to substitute cheese since I was technically paying for the meat any way. The cashier DID tell the girl preparing the food my request.
