I usually get the bowl, with shredded meat, comes with lettuce, guacamole,sour cream, rice and brown beans, red diced onions and shredded cheese. Delicious!!… A must try is the fish tacos. I have a quest to find the best fish tacos….. Well that search is OVER!!! Absolutely the best!!! Fried breaded Haddock. Three tacos for around $13. Jarittos mandren soda and it’s a meal. Cheers!

This is such a great food truck. They give heaping portions at a great price, and the food is delicious and authentic. Eat at the picnic tables, or take it to go if you want. One of my favorite food trucks at the Lot!

I actually came to the Lot to go to Salty’s but forgot they’re closed on Tuesdays. So figured I’d tried Taco Libre since I was starving…. I ordered an asada steak burrito with everything and extra meat. Well, it was all filling and the food tasted extremely bland. You could not tell you were eating Mexican food. I kid you not, the little beef that was in the burrito had no taste or flavor. I never throw food away but this went right in the trash. Very dissapointed. You win some you lose some.

The food was so delicious. I got the quesabirria tacos I can’t believe how perfectly cooked the meat is and how the cheese just melted in my mouth. The console has so much flavor. Great job Pablo’s.
