Love the salsa and chips. Unfortunately the Taco Loco store is permanently closed, though the manufacturing remains open. So the good news is, you can still get their products, but not directly from the Taco Loco store. You have to go to Carrs/Safeway, or Fred Meyers to buy their products.

Last three times I have bought corn tortillas from Fred Meyers(Taco Local brand) they have had mold on them. Not sure if it’s a rotation problem with Fred Myers (mid town location) or with Taco local. But was not able to use them.

This place is filled with very hard working individuals that “get the job done”. You would not believe just how popular this companies product line is in Alaska. You simply are not going to find fresher products for your Mexican MEAL Nights anywhere around…. and if ya do….. they probably made it for them. Lol!!!

Definitely the best quality & value for Mexican food that I’ve had since moving here. You can get a nice tamale and taco combo (with rice and beans) for like $7. The burrito is a little more expensive, but you won’t be paying over $10 like you would at Taco King. You can also buy ingredients and tortillas here as it is a factory that makes their own products.
