1 hard place to find…. A little hole in the wall that needs to get recognized! If you have a chance, SWING BY! This place melted my heart and my stomach. Has everything you would want to put on a taco. Or… in my case, the Birria tacos we ordered there. Dagummnnnnn… I can’t stress how good this place is! Food came out fast and hot! just like the salsa and it was delicious!!! Service was A1! The kindness and the atmosphere. Even though there is a language barrier. (Side note: when you walk into a place that’s like that. That’s the place that’s gunna to blow the socks off your dogs!!)

Come to Taco Madre if you want some delicious street tacos. I’m from Southern California and the tacos here are comparable to some of the best I’ve had in LA. The carne asada is to die for. I scraped every last bit of goodness off of the tray! The chicken tacos are also really tasty, but the carne asada stole the show. I forgot to take a picture until after I took a few bites…

It’s hard to find a Mexican spot with a menu that excites you, Taco Madre does that. They have a fun menu with plenty of options. Their food is always fresh and it doesn’t take tok long to come out. Their staff is friendly and their tables are spacious. Don’t underestimate this spot, give them a try with a drink of their horchata…. it is delicious!!

I’m going to write the best review I can, I love LOVE Mexican food. It’s my favorite kind forever, so every time I can try a new place I will. I tried here today and I was super disappointed, maybe I had higher expectations, but it was what it was, the fried corn tortillas-chicken- was dry and chewy, under seasoned, overall tasteless I can say. My favorite dish ruined. Cheesy birria tacos had so much cheese you can choke (and don’t get me started on the soup …. We couldn’t even had it) the tacos Al pastor were super salty. The prices are crazy expensive. I paid $42 no tip included for a total of $48 with tips, and I ate with my kids -3 people – aprox $14 each per plate.

Taco Madre is so good! The service is great, people are friendly, restaurant is very clean, and food is awesome. My friend gets the tortas and raves about them, I get the carne asada tacos (or the taco bowl) and it’s great!

Wow. The birria tacos are delicious. I’ve gotten them the 4 or 5 times I’ve been. Delicious every time! I also recommend the Mexican corn as a side. Definitely one of my favorite authentic Mexican food places in town! The Chimichanga Cheesecake was SO good! Definitely recommend.
