Great food, terrible customer service. My husband had gotten some tacos and on the way out accidentally dropped his sauce yes it’s annoying but it happens. He went and told the lady working he dropped it and she rolled her eyes and said “uggh”. Could’ve handled it much differently especially to be adults!

Okay 615am they need be more prepare with the flower tortillas by the time I got there, they were gone I had about 15 to 20 working men behind me i had 3tacos but I had to get corn tortillas because I was already running late okay 1 taco pork with green sauce delicious 2nd taco mole was OK. N Piccadilly was not my favorite . I would have to give then a 2nd chance I will let y’all know…

The food Is great the problem is the lack of team work, they have so many working staff not one can come out to dine in,and clean the table also when they’re taking my order,the music be loud they can’t hear me it’s fine putting music is not the problem it is when u taking customer orders and can’t hear. Please who ever owns this place address this situation, and don’t get rid of the Cynthia she’s an amazing employee if u get rid of her forget it I won’t come to this place anymore. The tacos tasted fresh the last time I was served. Went back for more of the same but decided to leave because the servers literally left the serving line for ten minutes with at least 10 people waiting. No explanation. Just left. It appears they do not have enough help and people are wearing several hats. So unfortunate…not sure if they care about customer service and loyalty.

The breakfast tacos are 9/10 BUT the waiting time in the line to order the is absolutely ridiculous between 20 or 30 minutes, was there last week around 8:30am and today at 5:30am and have to wait for 25 minutes to order my tacos, I don’t know why they have 12 ladies around and just one lady serving the customers, this is unacceptable.

This place is always consistenly good. They have a good variety of meat selection and even have some vegetarian options. I wish they had liver and some other organ meats but oh well. I recommend this place.
