A little taste of home I recently moved to Houston and was looking for some good Mexican food and this place did not disappoint! It is so cute and clean and the food is absolutely delicious. They also have great salsas and a salsa bar. They are only open until 2pm and I bet it’s bc they run out of food. Everything is also homemade!

Great food at great prices! the staff is always super friendly! My co-workers and I eat there at least once a week. Their breakfast tacos and lunch tacos are delicious and the salsa bar is awesome! I recommend the green salsa real.

Everything on their menu is delicious! With plenty vegetarian options. Cleanliness, prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. May I suggest to anyone that goes here to try the Chile Relleno with the tomato sauce. You’re welcome.

I just went in about 20 minutes ago. The old lady behind the counter is salty and rude. She rolled her eyes at me 3 times. Threw her hand up when I asked for the last taco I wanted. Then continues to talk to me in Spanish when I said 5 times I speak English. The funny thing is the Hispanic man in front of me she was so nice to. The young lady at the front had her head in the clouds. She clearly spoke English ( which is probably why they hired you so help her) watched the older lady trying to talk to me in Spanish and just watched the whole thing while she looked at her nails. I said hello twice when I came in and got no response. This place needs to do better for sure!

Stopped by on the morning of cinco de Mayo for breakfast tacos. Noticed they had a 1 year anniversary on the 6th! Hope they continue for years and years. Great tacos, fresh tortillas being made as you order, the barbacoa was awesome! Super clean restaurant on the inside. Will need to go back to try more items.

Flour and homemade corn tortillas are bomb.com. Take it from a Mexican I’ve only tried the breakfast but it was all delicious. Plus they gave me a fancy insulated bag for free to keep my Tacos hot on the way home to my hungry family. I live right next to Sunrise Taquito on 2920 and I’m sorry Sunrise but Taco Real will now have my business because they make a better product at a fair price.
