The food is excellent. They just dont have their waiter/waitress skills together. The food is legit. When youre done eating you’ll have to tell them or sit for an hour wondering. They dont even have a tip option on their credit card machine. Which shows they’ll never refill your water.

This place can’t take simple instructions on a burrito. Out of my 5 take out orders, 4 of them are incorrect. I used to love this place but they’re very inconsistent now. Get your Mexican food somewhere else, more options around this neighborhood that are competent.

Taco Santana used to be a really good spot for all kinds of things but today I called and I asked them for steak nachos they didn’t have any steak when I got the nachos they didn’t have the Mexican cheese is melted mozzarella barely any beans really dry nachos the cook the chicken wasn’t cooked this I also ordered a chicken a shrimp taco the shrimp taco only had lettuce nothing else and I asked for a Elote and after I already paid she said that there wasn’t any more mayonnaise that she’s going to Subfor sour cream after I already paid … the young girls in there don’t know what they cooking or doing I miss the older lady that use to be there talk fell off big time talk didn’t have anything today worse mistake to waste money on food that wasn’t good not how I remember it . You guys need to check the workers there because they not doing so good no more you have lost me as a customer never again

The Hippo lady that takes your order is racist and rude if you don’t speak Spanish to her. She will purposely send you the wrong food or not send your whole order correctly if you can’t speak Spanish. I’m Puerto Rican and tested this. When i call And speak Spanish she’s cool. Speak English and it’s like you’re cursing her out. On top of the racist and service. The food is Too notch GARBAGE. The cook fell off the whole restaurant is just a trash hole in the wall.
