Great place to drop in and get a quick bite. People are friendly and the place isn’t too loud. You know when you go in somewhere and the radio is up so high it feels like you’re at a rave? Not like that at all! Perfect. Love this place.

Every single time I come through the drive-thru, my order is messed up. Doesn’t matter what I order, I can bet something is not as requested or completely forgotten. (but best believe I’ll be charged for it!) I’m very polite, but that doesn’t seem to matter. I get rude service anyways. No point in making a complaint, in fear my food would get tampered with. Tastes alright & a good value. Just wish the employees gave a s#!+, a little more.

Employee was too busy leaned over the counter kissing her boyfriend to do her job. My order was handed out to the drive thru and had to be remade. Then some of it was wrong. When I went to get it corrected the “woman” kissing her boyfriend was extremely rude, snatched my receipt and told the cook she wasn’t dealing with me. The cook came up and argued with me about what I had ordered. I kept telling her it was supposed to be no sauce and they finally remade the items in question. After about 30 minutes total we were finally getting the right food. The “woman” yelled at me “you’re welcome, have a great day” extremely aggressive when I grabbed the bag. I asked for the manager and she came out yelling I was being rude to her employee. She never bothered to ask what had happened. The manager was Laney.

My daughter and I go to this Taco Shop at least once a week on our way to her practice. Great food, but the service is so slow. We waited in line at the drive thru for 28 min on a Sunday at 5:30pm. Other times we have come here we wait almost that same amount of time. We have tried going inside to order, but the wait time isn’t much better.

Wasnt given a receipt in the drive thru, called and tried to make a complaint to the shift manager and he didn’t care. Called the store manager who said they couldn’t do anything without the receipt. She didn’t care that I was not given one, she didn’t care that the manager didn’t take my complaint. When I asked to talk to the general manager she hung up. I called back and got the area manager who said to call the main office and leave a complaint. Somebody will call me back.
