I was very impressed with this Taco Time. I don’t usually like taco time and have had several bad experiences at other locations, but the staff at this restaurant knocked it out of the park! We had a very large order but they prepared the food super fast, without slapping the food together sloppily. Everything was put together beautifully, and they were generous with all the ingredients. I ordered 2 super soft tacos expecting them to be tiny and they were so large I could only eat one! With all the other restaurants hiking prices and cutting down on portion size, it was inspiring to see someone trying to deliver quality and quantity without exorbitant prices. Thanks for the awesome food guys!

Incredibly disappointed in the service and manager at this location! I ordered some crisp bean burritos without cheese and they refused to make them. I have a child with a severe dairy allergy and have never had an issue with this request in the past. After asking for the manager, she told me no and that “they don’t have that much cheese in them.” I was floored with her response! They need training on customer service and the seriousness of food allergies! I ended up going to Boise where they care.

So I went to taco time last Thursday. I went inside and ordered. There were already 5 groups waiting for their food. I ordered the 4 crispy tacos for 7 buck or 8 I don’t recall. Then I ordered a chicken blt burrito in a combo large. It took more than 30 minutes to get my order from the time I placed it til when I received my food. I ordered it to go. So when I got it away I went. But the young man that was making the food. Was just making random burritos and putting them on a shelf by his prep area. And he was just complaining and throwing his hands up about all the orders and he ” can’t do anything right”. Well when he finally packaged my food I asked is everything correct. And he assured me it was. When I got home I handed out the food. I opened my burrito. It was a plain bean burrito. Not the chicken blt that I ordered. And I was so upset because he was throwing a fit then still didn’t get my order right. The manager was there but mostly stood by the drive up window and did nothing to help the prep guys. Well very disappointed. Hope this gets corrected and I can get my correct food.

Angst teen drama is the theme here. All young workers around 15 except for the supervisor who is 17. The place is basically clean but had plenty of clutter from customer usage, straw wrappers, cup lids and over flowed ketchup/hot sauce.
