We came through with two cars and a dozen orders and they got every single order correct! They were quick and made sure to check that we got everything. Still like their food but the fact they still don’t have an open lobby is a joke. Not sure if they’re just super over staffed but they messed up our order. All though we noticed it at the window we waited for a minute or two before going through the drive through again to correct it. Also if your hard of hearing I think it would be impossible to communicate through their drive through. They can’t hear you and you can’t hear them. (I hear really well and it was tough for me.) last time I’ll visit this location.

Used to be a great place but not anymore. Went tonight to get some food at 8:50 (Saturday night). We could see workers inside but they wouldn’t take our order. Then they turned off the lights. The drive thru was full of cars and the employees ignored everyone.

The food is worth 5 stars but I only give 3 because the store manager is seriously lacking in customer service skills. She has no smile, no kind word, and no means of making the customer feel valued. I asked some questions about the menu and her response was “what is the problem here?” so I would just as soon take my business elsewhere. This kind of service with NO tact will drive customers away.
