Did this Taco Time change their beans? I have been eating at this Taco Time for 15 years and my favorite has always been the bean and cheese burritos. The bean and cheese burritos do not taste the same anymore and I’m so disappointed. The beans taste and look terrible. The beans sometimes have uncooked beans that are hard and crunchy. Gross.

I am absolutely disgusted and frustrated! Not only did I have to wait 10 min for them to tell me to look over the menu and they would be right with me. After I told her I was ready immediately she still had me wait a few more minutes. I placed my order finally and asked for No sour cream please (I cannot eat sour cream). It is pretty disappointing to think that cooks at a taco establishment do not know what sour cream is They marked the package as such but as you can clearly see in the photo looks as if they added extra!!!! I will never give this place my business again!! I have had several problems like this with this location I have never said anything and enjoy the food enough to let go of the disappointments. Tonight has prompted me to let everyone know what a gamble/disappointment eating here will be! Also to stop wasting my money here it is not worth my time or energy especially when I need to drive for 20 min to and from this location from my home.

I love this place. Theirs are by far my favorite “soft tacos” in town. I’m aware they are maybe more akin to a beef burritos, but none the less, they are a rare treat in that I don’t get over there very often.

New manager at this location was not friendly. She made a face and got annoyed when we asked for extra sauce. Today one of the employees told me that they are going to start charging for extra sauce but could not tell me how much. Word of advice to the new manager.. Your customers are who keep you in bussiness. Not extra charges for sauce etc. Don’t bite the hand that feeds you.

Ordered from drive thru and the employee was very helpful but I don’t think she knew what a LOADED MEXI-FRY was. I was given tots with salsa, sour cream, and bacon. The loaded tot has cheese filling and taste way better. Know the menu because I’m sure I paid more than what I thought.

Taco Time has a menu that has all of the items thar have not changed for years. Crisp bean burritos are a favorite of mine and many family members. A filling meal (2 or 3) at a reasonable price. Many items with combined pricing are a bargain. Four for $7.95 make a cheap meal for 2 with a variety.

Friendly staff and fast service at this location but like most fast food places quality is dropping fast. Although presentation only really matters when sitting at a dine-in restaurant this plated display is horrible. What happened to the great taste and quality???

We have been going to this location for over 15 years. We have never had a problem until recently. Last night we went to pick up dinner for my family the girl at the window had a terrible attitude with NO customer service. When asked what hot sauces we would like she shut the window while my husband was still talking. Ordered $60.00 of food and there was about 5 hot sauces. Waited for her to open the window again to ask for more, when she did she was rude handed us a few more didn’t even ask what kind and shut the window hard. This happened a few weeks ago with a different employee having horrible customer service. Will not be going back to this location, people shouldn’t work in this industry if they have a bad attitude or trouble with simple customer service.

Can’t take a $50 dollar bill for a $12.00 order. Pathetic. Last time I checked currency said “This note is legal tender for all debts public and private”. Working your way out of business that’s why there’s only 8 locations left. Won’t be returning ever.
