Worst visit to a Taco Time ever. We waited 20 minutes for our food as it was sitting on the counter. We went through the drive through. The manager was sitting in their car. The people working were just talking to each other carrying on. Our food wasn’t great either. It wasn’t hot. I won’t be going to this location ever again.

The person taking my order did not listen to what I ordered, 2 crisp tacos with extra cheese no tomato or lettuce and 2 Fish tacos. They took that I ordered just 4 tacos. Charged me more when I corrected my order. How much do you charge for the Fish tacos? Also the sauce you put in the fish tacos was very thin and very runny. Cost me over $26

Every single experience I’ve had here has been bad. I don’t know what’s up with the employees at this location, but they give the worst service. They sound miserable. They’re rude. They charge you for things without telling you they’re going to charge you for them (I wasn’t notified they charged extra for skimpy little ranch cups when I asked for them at the window until I didn’t get my change back). They need to clean those employees out and get new ones. I’m not one to post reviews, but this happens every single time I’ve come to this specific location. The only thing that tipped the pot today was the fact that I ordered a burrito that was supposed to be hot and it was cold. I choose to wake up and have a good day every morning, but I almost have to mentally prepare myself to have all of that sucked out of me after an interaction here at this North Ogden location. Don’t come here. It’s literally a waste of energy and a good way to get yourself upset for no reason. It’s a guarantee. Every. Single. Time.

Unfortunate. The person taking our order couldn’t understand what I was saying. She kept trying to repeat what I was saying and still couldn’t say it. I was really hoping she knew what a Quesadilla was. After she finally understood, she told us their grill was broken, so I couldn’t order it. We settled for two Mexi-Fries (tater tots) and a crispy chicken burrito which was soggy. When we took the Mexi-fries out of the sack they were cold. I went back through the drive through because they had locked the dining area. They took the two cups of mexi-fries and simply dipped them in the fat fryer again! Yep! They were hot, but double the grease! Luckily they didn’t charge us again. Should be one star, but because we were stupid enough to eat them and we did get food, two stars. We’ll never eat at this Taco Time again.

I love taco time food… when i went thru drive thru the were within 20 minutes of closing and you could really tell first you had to use a card no cash and the just didnt seem all to happy someone wanted to order… but they did make all the food fresh and it was very good.. however their drive thru stinks outside smells like something went bad out there but there is no place for something to be unless its in concrete or apart of the building … way wierd.
