Food was ok but not great. Didn’t have the five alarm burrito, so they offered five alarm sauce, which was maybe a single alarm sauce with not much going for it as far as flavor goes. It felt expensive for what we got. We didn’t expect it to be a food truck, which wasn’t terrible but didn’t meet our expectations of sitting down in a taco shop. The sign for the drive through pointed us to the closed side of the truck before we saw other cars going around to where we could place an order. The two guys inside were friendly enough though.

Really great taco truck (trailer?) In Moab that is part of a larger chain. The service was amazing both times we went, and the food was incredible. Huge portions at a very decent price for Moab, and the food was fresh and tasty. This is our new go to place in Moab when coming off the trails! Check it out, you’ll be glad you did!

Absolutely amazing food and the service was top notch!! My husband had a fish burrito and he said it was the best he ever had. I got the Big Juan burrito and had half for dinner and have enough for breakfast. I think it is safe to say that we will definitely be going back.

It was our first time in Moab and we saw the Taco Time truck as we drove thru town. We weren’t sure what we wanted and Jessica was patient with us while we were trying to figure out what we wanted to eat. She was very personable & joked with us that she’s lived under a rock her whole life! Taco Time had hit the spot after a long day of driving across Utah!
