I ordered dinner for my family and myself , we each ordered a 4 for 8$ meal. One was to go. We overheard the cook mocking our order and talking rudely about us. I asked for our order to go and the cashier said she would only give us a bag after we were finished even though I explained the order was part to go. It was a very odd encounter considering we enjoy Taco Time as the only fast food we will eat.

The food tasted good but the drive thru person was very rude and got my order wrong twice and refused to fix it. So I will not be going back to this taco time. Witch is pity they have good food just need better employees

The food is as fine. The customer service was embarrassing. At the drive through I changed my order and when I got to the window the young woman rolled her eyes and yelled back to the cooks. I could hear them mocking me. The food was stuck through the window and slammed shut. See ya, Taco Time.

The food was good as fast food goes. But the thing that will stand out about this visit was the young lady who waited on us. I did not get her name but her attitude toward her job, customers and fellow workers was exceptional!

There are very few places my msg intolerant child is able to eat. Taco time uses real ingredients and the colville one’s samurai Sam’s veggie bowl with no sauce chicken is a favorite. I am thankful they offer some real food!

Taco Time just is nit my cup of tea. I have tried it in 3 different spots in WA, and they have a “fish taco” that is rightly a burrito. Tots or “mexi fries”, sorry, even in a pinch if there was another choice with a comparable price range it would be an easy choice. Saving grace though is their fried burritos (taquitos). These are an easy go to.
