I went through drive thru and realized that they didn’t give me the taco I paid for. I didn’t realize that the Fiesta Chicken salad came with rice and it was disgusting. Their food just isn’t as good as it used to be. They gave me the taco I paid for when I went in the next day, but nothing else for my troubles. I don’t think I will be go there again.

I ordered 2 chicken tacos with guacamole and an iced tea. Taco shells weren’t even warm and tasted like the pre-made ones from the grocery store. Not much chicken or anything else for that matter. No ice in my tea. Almost $13 to boot. Taco Bell’s tacos are better and I only eat there if I’m desperate.

Wow, I have never received such excellent service at any fast food establishment. This taco time staff is exceptional and it was very clean. I was very happy to see that they retail taco time hot sauce for home as I love their sauce. Another surprise was extensive salad choices that looked extremely fresh. I have included pics of this. Their crew seemed very happy and upbeat and made you want to work there. Kudos to you guys keep up the stellar customer service.

Not sure what was going on today but this was an absolute mistake just across the board, went here for lunch, had to repeat my order several times, as she wasn’t listening to me, and was extremely rude, got up to the window only to find her being even more rude, she wouldn’t even reach her hand out the window to hand me my items, I had to literally open my car door to (take them) from her hand, on top of the fact that after I got my food she forgot part of my order, then argued with me and insisted I pay more money for the things I already asked for, not sure who this lady in the window was in the drive through around 1:30 on 5/10 but wow, she should be reprimanded accordingly, for being disrespectful, overall rude, and for arguing with me for absolutely no reason. Got home to find my burrito I paid extra for being meat, was bean, so threw it away. I’ve been coming here for awhile now, going to make an effort not too, super disappointed with the service of this person working in the window, and the food quality, my taco salad shell was old, the mexi fries were cold, and tasted like they had been sitting.

Nothin’ better than overpriced Americanized Mexican food. TT has been a personal favorite for 40 years. It’s the only fast food joint I’ll go out of my way to eat at. The green sauce is the bomb! The 3 star atmosphere rating is because Covid has pretty much ruined indoor dining. Not Taco Time’s fault.
