This is absolutely the worst Taco Time experience I have ever had. I was waiting for my food at this locations second drive thru window when a customer walked up who was given the wrong order. At first they rebagged the order that had already exchanged hands with another customer. When I called them out on they got the co-manager involved. Also, the drive through person yelled at me for NOT having a nadk on whilst the whole crew had none on either. By the way drive thru person the mask mandate is over. Bypassing additional details this person then attempted to give me the wrong order. I then had to go into the restaurant and get my order.i don’t know if it was new or not. I had to accept it as they offered no form of refund.. Our policy/systems have no refund options. Highly highly dissatisfied and concerned. What type of management if the restaurant us going on if you can’t contact the GM .

Double checked before coming here what time they’re supposed to close. I waited in line for ten minutes while one person ordered, then they took the next order finally real quick and as soon as I pull up someone says “unfortunately” we’re closed. Have a nice night. I had waited in line for ten minutes for them to say they were closed at 8:30 when it says 10 pm online. They weren’t apologetic at all.

Worst location I’ve visited. The drive-thru took over 20 minutes, they had to ask us to repeat our drink order three times. Our tater tots were completely demolished in the boxes. The wait was so long, we considered leaving without our food and without paying. I’ve never left a negative review before, but recommend saving yourself the experience and going to a different Taco Time location.

Gosh, this place is HORRIBLE. I waited 10 minutes for this? I should have left when my shoes stick to the floor in the entire dining room. I should have left when the bathroom was a disaster. I should have left when i waited 5 minutes at the counter. Then, i should have asked for money back when food took over 10 minutes. I should have got my money back when the tater tot things looked like someone stepped on them and when my crisp tacos fell apart… Look at the picture… Horrible!

Would give this Taco Time location a 0 star rating if I could. Absolute worst Taco Time location I have been to. When in the drive through you can see behind the counter through the window and it was FILTHY back there. The staff was super slow and had to keep coming back to the window and keep trying to confirm what I ordered and each time it was different and I would have to correct them again. Most of the staff was standing around not doing anything or making their own drinks. I will not be coming back to this location again.
