The order expediter that took our order tonight was the exact type of employee a business needs and should aim to keep around. Hopefully they make the wage their customer service deserves. I’ve never had an order taken before that was repeated back twice and coherently to ensure I was heard and appreciated like at this Taco Time today. My family and I love this place, but tonight after waiting 45 minutes in the drive thru, one of our meals were missing I even asked at the window if everything was there. I understand they were busy and that’s why I don’t mind waiting but it sucks to wait that long and have food missing.

Overall pretty good for a Taco Time, building has this full glass covering that’s very nice. Food took a while cause of someone who dropped my food and had to remake it but I’m understanding of mistakes so nearly a nice visit.
