After a long morning of sightseeing I saw this taco restaurant near my hotel. I went in and I was very pleasantly surprised the drinks and the tacos we’re very fresh and it was my first experience with the Lupita brand of soda which is very good. The waiter named Carl took very good care of me. I recommend asking for him during your visit! They also put me directly under an air conditioning vent which after a long muggy day of walking around was more than welcome I’ll be glad to come back sometime

During my visit to Washington DC, I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at Crystal City and looking for a restaurant to eat, I found Tacombi, just one block away from the hotel. I have to say , one of the best tacos I have eaten in my life. They are not cheap but they are really good. This place surprised me. If you like Mexican food and you are in Crystal city, don’t hesitate to visit this restaurant. I loved the taco called “gobernador”. Oh I almost forgot, their guacamole is to die for.

Honestly blown away. The best fried fish taco I’ve ever had! Burrito was great and the tequila and watermelon drink was excellent. Will be back for date night or any other night looking for a great taco(s)!

We ordered fish, pork, chicken and beef taco’s. They were all delicious. Chips and guacamole were fresh. We also ordered Margaritas ! We got there about 20min before opening and we just waited. Staff was very friendly and attentive! All the food was fresh. We will definitely be back

I only got to try a take-out order, but it was so good! We had a selection of different tacos, which were delicious and the pineapple juice was very fresh. I wish we’d ordered more tacos to be honest because they were so great. The sides were simple and tasty, but didn’t really shine, which is fine because they are sides and not the main dish. A definite must try for a quick lunch went in Crystal city.
