Please stop by this adorable little place if you are even remotely in the area! The decor is charming and the patio is full of beautiful plants. Everything is freshly homemade and delicious. Very generous portions. Celia, our server, took great care of us! We tried the chilaquiles rojos and a bistek huarache. AMAZING!!

This is the hidden gem of restaurants in Bastrop County. The menu is limited, but that just means they can concentrate on the dishes they have with a fantastic result. Many of their dishes have a type of fry bread as the base that is really, really good, sink-your-teeth in bread. I’ve had the picadetas, Huaraches, and the gorditas, as well as breakfast–huevoes ala mexicana. They were wonderful.

Eve Spatches
We love Tacorreal. Amazingly good especially the fresh tortillas. Our favorite is when they leave the onions on the tacos in big slices. Good salsa as well. Only thing I wish was they would get rid of the gross moldy candy in front of the register.

Excellent service! The waitress mentioned that it has not been long since they opened however they are off to an amazing start. Their food is delicious, it’s hard to find a Mexican restaurant that reminds me of the food in Mexico and this place did the job easily! Will definitely be doing the 40 minute drive for this amazing restaurant!
