A long line is always a good sign when it comes to food. It could turn out to be the best thing you’ve ever eaten, or most of the people are just lazy and dumb. In which case, at least you learned something, right? There was a long line of people standing outside Tacos Apatzingan’s taco truck when I passed it, two consecutive days.
