Stopped in for a quick dinner, party of one. Eat in customers sit and receive a menu while to go order at the counter for their food. Service was friendly and at a slow pace. Options were offered and decided on simple tacos. Chips and salsa were provided. Salsa was homemade and tasty with large pieces of vegetables. Shrimp tacos were very yummy. Chicken tacos left me desiring larger pieces of chicken that didn’t look like beef. Lime on the side was a nice touch. I’ll be back to try some other options in the future.

This is a great spot for authentic Mexican food. The tortillas on the tacos are handmade and the guacamole & salsa are freshly made. The aguas frescas are huge and delicious. The agua de Fresa tasted unnatural but the agua de tamarindo was definitely natural. Birria tacos, asada tacos, tripas tacos and al pastor tacos etc. the cubana torta was very yummy! I definitely would return. The staff seemed friendly and answered all our questions respectfully.

Best Mexican food I’ve had in NC! I’ve been searching for good Mexican since we relocated from Southern California 15 years ago. Finally found it! The meats in the tacos were so flavorful and the tacos were loaded up. Homemade tortillas were delicious and loved the salsa! Can’t wait to go back.

I’m hesitant to post a review because this is the best kept secret in Burlington! The food was fresh, hot, prompt and the service was great. My son had the shrimp and rice (ACP but with shrimp) my daughter had 3 tacos, the dish recommended by the server, which were corn tacos with the consumme and shredded beef-Quesabirria is what I had. It was a wonderful experience. Chips and salsa were brought to the table immediately. (Hot and fresh) We ordered the cheese dip which did not disappoint. They had music playing and the environment was calming and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic mexican cuisince.

love this place, been coming since it opened and Chava the manager is great and very attentive! They now have beer and continue having great menú options, it may be a little pricey but you pay for what you get, great food and I definitely recomend it!

Their beans are out of this world. They’re so good. It’s weird to brag about the beans at a Mexican restaurant, but between that and the chorizo and the excellent fresh salsa, this restaurant is absolutely killing it.

Went for lunch and they have a different type of menu, One Taco or FOUR, I was looking for something like Two or Three Tacos with Rice and Refried Beans for lunch. They said I could have a side of each so I looked at the price, that would of added FIVE Dollars to my Lunch, no thanks. I ended up with FOUR Tacos at $9 and a soda.

I ordered from DoorDash. The carne asada torta, beardia tacos, guacamole, and elote were absolutely amazing. I wish I would have been able to try the salsa but there wasn’t any with my order. Thank you for a fabulous meal!
