Tacos Chapis is an amazing authentic taco truck right next to the main gas stations in George. I’ve eaten here at least 40-50 times throughout the years and I’ve never once been disappointed. This place is beloved and has a large following for a reason. We as locals are incredibly grateful for places like this. You have to come here and try dishes like the Quesabirrias and the Carne Asada Fries! I also love their Huarache and their version of a Torta is just amazing. If you’re in George, you have to try Tacos Chapis. They have a second location that just opened up in Ephrata as well.

The food here is super super good. They give you very big serving sizes which is great to see. The salsa is also really tasty. They do take quite a while to get the food out to you, but i don’t personally mind that. They’re also friendly people.

Got the vegetarian enchiladas. Food was decent, but also really one of 3 or 4 options in the town. The portion was good for the price. 4 stars only because it took quite a long time for food to come out.

Best pit stop authentic tacos you can get and yummy hot sauce! I’m really satisfied as I don’t get street tacos like I used to back home. Loved how they put the grilled onions on top of them.

Their food is the only thing my wife and I ate in a 7 hour Window. Both of us are sick and throwing up at our hotel. Run down area, bathroom and surrounding area has trash, broken down cars and is just insanitary.

Great birria tacos, good portion size, not salty. Just enough flavor and amount of meat and cheese, the sauce to dip them in perfect!! If you want something quick and filling this was a good little spot
