These are the best birria tacos I’ve had in the Columbus area, highly recommended. It’s not on the menu, but you can request the birria offerings be substituted with chicken meat.

I ordered steak tacos (onion on the side, no cilantro) and birria (same), which came with consomé. The food it absolutely delicious. I had a super short wait and just sat in the restaurant while I waited. I didn’t order them (which is why I went originally, oops) but just so people know since I know they’re hard to find sometimes; they have chicken tamales with green sauce and pork tamales with red.

This place is amazing, I’d go as far to say that it is the best Mexican cuisine I’ve had plus it’s a small business owned and ran by a family! I had the birria quesadilla, it was mouthwatering good. We also had loaded fries with barbacoa and you can tell that all of the ingredients are prepared even to the smallest of details! Staff is friendly, food is amazing— come support a small family ran business in the community and enjoy some tasty bites

Discovered Tacos Don Deme shortly after they opened when a random IG Reel of theirs had me nearly drooling on my phone. Have been back a dozen times since. They already belong in the discussion for best all-around taqueria in Columbus — right up there with Super Torta, Los Guachos, Tula, etc.

Small hole in the wall place, but fantastic food and service. Queso Birria tacos were outstanding, the Birria Burrito was huge and very tasty. Steak Fajitas with Chorizo was served on the hottest cast iron plata that I’ve ever seen and was incredibly flavorful, with each tortilla grilled and buttered as well! We had an appetizer of fries covered in queso, onions and pastor that was great and very reasonably priced, though somewhat messy to eat. We’ll definitely come again and bring friends!

Authentic Mexican food done with their own flare. The horchata is very good. The salsa has a Smokey flavor that I really enjoyed. The quesa birria is very tasty. We took a flan to go home it was delicious as well. Highly recommend.
