We tried their chorizo taco and their cabeza taco. They were both super tasty, and their salsa you can squirt on top is good as well!

Their food is amazing! I consistently go but the cashier, every single time I’ve asked for salsa seems to get upset. My last order, he gave me 3 salsas for 3 burritos but the cashier didn’t close the containers right so 2 salsa spilled all over the food. I don’t believe I been rude about it. If someone knows why the salsa asking is such an issue I would like to know.

Stopped today after the noon rush. The food was terrific! This is not your fast food place that shoves a mess of something at you in under 2 minutes. It took under 10 minutes for him to prepare a burrito and tacos and it was well worth that short wait. I tried the soft shelled tacos in steak and carnitas. Both meats were cooked to perfection with a green sauce on them, grilled onions, lime wedges and a pepper were served on the side along with green and red sauce containers. The sauce already on the tacos carried enough heat for me so I opted to add the onions and lime juice. I can see why this roadside spot is so popular – great food attracts a lot of people even if your not on “main street”! This particular eatery has been off 101 at the Masten exit going West for years. Its before the railroad crossing where Masten and Monterey road intersect. There are 2 picnic tables set under shade trees where you can eat or they have “to go”. It’s a local oasis!
