This place is delicious. The flavor and quality of the meat is a cut above many other Mexican restaurants in the area. The asada is the best I’ve ever had in a taco. It’s actually grilled fresh with excellent flavor from a good cut of beef and a delicious note of char from the grill. Will definitely return.

Today was my lucky day. I was walking to lunch, and the White Castle was closed to pedestrians. Tacos El Bravo was a block away. I got the burrito with shredded beef. It was made from scratch with care (not fast food) and loaded… including ample guac and good tortilla chips on the side. There is plenty of indoor seating, and the service is wonderful and clearly family run with pride. Great find!

It’s been hard finding a spot that serve juicy big steak meat and not the dry thin little pieces of steak that most Mexican restaurants make. taco el bravo has been THEEE spot for my man and I for months. They’re always treating us nice whenever we come through. They’re steak tacos, steak quesadilla and steak burrito are ps call ahead to make sure they’re open. They close early sometimes due to slow business.

Great food, our server was fast too. The sauce was a bit “blah” and not as fresh as expected but otherwise delicious tacos. It was clean and tidy. Good if you want a chill lunch break. Over all, awesome food!
