This place is my favorite. I stop in here to 2-3 times a week grab a taco or two the people who run the taco truck are super nice very friendly. They even have a table and chair now in case you want to sit down and eat. great place great food. If your in independence it’s worth a visit.

The flavor of the “carne asada” tacos was pretty good but I don’t think that is what the meat actually was. Im pretty sure it was carne molida which was disappointing. I’ll definitely go back and try some of the others though.

A great food truck with delicious food! We had them come and serve at an employee appreciation at work. They showed up on time with delicious entree choices and served 65 people in a little over an hour. Every person commented on how good the food was! The overall experience was far easier than I imagined because of their preparation and professionalism. Thank you!

Not impressed I asked for asda fries which is what I paid for but got carne molida. The cheese is not queso its chedder nacho cheese. The rice was way over cooked. Chips were fresh. Not what I expected from a Mexican food truck. I could have sat down at a restaurant for less than I paid here.
