We stopped on a road trip and saw it was closed and were about to leave when the cook came out and asked if we were hungry. The answer was YES. He asked what we wanted and he said he would see if he still had it. We got Carne asada tacos and a couple bean and cheese burritos for the kids.the asada tacos were FIRE. Perfect. Tasted like they dipped the tortilla in a bit.of oil just like my mom does.

This is a hole in the wall kind of place. It is a small counter located inside the gas station. We ordered street Tacos and they were excellent. The gentleman behind the counter makes everything to order so be patient. It is worth the wait.

Some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. Big portions, everything was so flavorful–from the meat (carnitas and asada) to the pico and hot sauce. Man running the place was kind and gave great customer service. Absolutely recommend.

While in town we wanted something easy to take back to our motel room and tried the carnitas tacos and pork tamales. Both were excellent! We both ordered 3 tacos and could only eat 2, they really load em up! Will definitely be back next time we visit the area!

Who knew the best Mexican food we’d find in Central Oregon would be inside a gas station mini mart? Nowhere to sit, but the food is great and worth the stop if you’re going through Sisters, OR.

I really tried to like this place, but it is just terrible. Usually these types of places are authentic and have good food. This is not one of those places. We got chicken taquitos and a chicken and beef chimichanga with rice and beans. Unfortunately the meat is disgusting. The chicken tastes really strange and the beef is chewy shredded nastiness. Some type of weird bbq sauce flavors to it. And both meats are just dry and gross. The rice was only half cooked and also had a strange unpleasant flavor. The beans were just bland and runny and tasted off. Everything was very bland and strange tasting and was just not good at all. I ended up spending $24 on food that got thrown away. It was that terrible. Whatever you do eat you will pay for later also. If you want actual good “Mexican,” there are good places in Bend. Juanita’s, El Super Burrito 2, and El Sancho would be way better choices.
