Amazing Mexican food restaurant in the middle of Heber City. Fast food with the quality of a sit down. There is something for everyone; I especially liked the help yourself salsa bar, a wide variety of choices on the menu with old fashioned favorites as well as unique tastes. Tacos El Guero is a great place for a quick bite or a sit down dinner.

We went camping in strawberry for a few days, came down threw Heber and looked everywhere for authentic Mexican food. man I tell you what; we spotted this place in hopes of authenticity, and to my surprise this place was all I was looking for food was delicious the quality was on point the setting everything was perfect kudos to the owner. I would recommend this place to everyone who loves Mexican food as much as I do! Side note I got huevos con Churrizo and I ate it all (completely satisfied) *nopicture my girl got the burrito in the pic so sorry halfway ate and was all served beautifully

Awesome Birria tacos and ramen. Then we also ordered the enchiladas suzas with green tomatillo sauce. I would suggest getting chicken. The chicken and creamy tomatillo sauce is great. Also very yummy paletas.

This afternoon we ordered some rolled tacos, tacos, and a sope. All of the food was at room temperature and the rolled tacos were dry and stale. Everything had decent taste and flavor.

Food was good here and prices were reasonable. Got a variety of tacos and salsas based upon staff recommendations. As well as strawberry and regular churros. Place is pretty big inside with lots of choices on the menu. Would go back again.

Grandma and I stopped by for a bite after a big rain storm. Rain makes granny feel feisty and willing to try new things so we stopped by El Guero. Now, if it’s your first time, you have to order the molcajete. Literally the best Mexican dish in the valley (and grandma loves to point out just how many Mexican places there are). But we decided to go off script and order the super nachos and chilaquiles. Unreal, some of the best Mexican I’ve had. The seating is a little different and the place gets packed but that’s not a negative. It feels like my little Mexican home away from home. Stop by, order something crazy on a rainy day and make a night to remember.

My daughter and I happened upon this place, it was right after it opened one day so it wasn’t busy. But Holy cow, WOW, within 10min it started hoppin!!!! Every person from anywhere in the area was either ordering in or taking out, we had hit the jackpot!!

I got the chicken & carne asada tacos, and my date got the carnitas tacos. I really enjoy the set up and they have a really great salsa bar and selection of sauces you can grab to put on your food. The menu seemed to have most everything that you really would want from a place like this, and they are open on Sunday!

Really good Mexican food! We were 7 and the food came out fast and it was delicious. We got chilaquiles, ceviche tostadas, menudo and birria tacos and they were all tasty and big portions. Great service and prices, definitely recommended
