Some of the best tacos I have had in KCK/KCMO metro area…might be the best! The crushed pinto beans and roasted onions were a different but much appreciated element to the tacos. The meat was cooked and seasoned to perfection…no veggie options here for my vegetarian/vegan friends, sorry! That’s probably my only knock on this place and that’s nitpicking! Lastly, the apple soda pictured is one of my new favorite drinks. I have never seen nor had this before until I came here. So as you can see, the food is as good as it looks and the drinks are on point. Even the consumé they give you with your tacos is great. Oh and I highly suggest you eat in- the smells coming from the cooktop just add to the experience, no This is a must try spot if you are a taco aficionado! 10/10

This small spot has very nice service. A small menu of taco or quesadilla options. Tacos have a light schmear of beans in them, which is unique. I really liked the tacos which had grilled onions on them. I had my food as carry-out for lunch.

This is everything you would hope for, expectations exceeded and couldn’t recommend this place more. Authentic Mexican food hidden in a small brick, one room, extremely limited seating restaurant. Dont let the lack of decorations or interior design be what you judge anything by. Let the kind staff and incredible food speak for itself. The birria tacos are the best tacos I’ve ever eaten. Clean restroom. Go here now!

Let me tell you. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Went on a quick vacation to Kansas City, and was looking for a good place for lunch. We encountered this small restaurant. And what a gem, customer service 10/10, food 100/10. I can assure these are the best tacos I’ve ever had. Modest prices, very charming environment. My quest to try a new KC restaurant for menudo has led me to Tacos El Guero and I’m just impressed about my whole experience. The place was clean and the people were very friendly. They have tacos and quesadillas on their menu with your choice of meat. We got the lengua quesadilla and it was absolutely delicious- I thought I would hate having beans inside my quesadilla but it added a new texture to it. The menudo and birria were absolutely delicious! I think this might be my favorite menudo so far
