This place is the defination of authentic Mexican food. The seafood tastes as if it came straight from the sea, and the portions are definitely worth what you pay. The only thing I would say is “why is this place not a multimillion dollar chain.” Compliments to the chef, waiter, and owner.

Today I visited Tacos El Hass after my Dr. Appointment for a quick bite to eat. As a vegetarian I usually order a veggie burrito, but considering it has tacos in the name I asked if she could make veggie tacos. Almost always, if not always, whenever I get Mexican food, there are at least a few ingredients/components that make up good Mexican vegetarian dishes that are missing. Sometimes that’s the cooked veg, sometimes that’s an avocado component, often it’s literally just rice and beans.

I’ve been here a couple times, and this time I had the Chile Verde. The rice was soft and flavorful, and the beans were good. The pork was sooooooo tender, every bite and had some good pieces of pork fat but not too much. The corn tortillas were delicious and fresh and a little sweet. Great food, Chile Verde is one of my favorite dishes and it delicious here!!!!
