I have been looking for a taco spot near my apartment, and this place delivered, for now! It was my first time, and I was satisfied! I got the birria taco combo(chivo) with rice and beans, and I was surprised at how good it was. My wife had the shrimp burrito, and she was very satisfied. She’s a hard critic when it comes down to new food places we try and she was happy(happy wife, happy life ) I hope more people give this place a try and appreciate their hard work and good food. I appreciate their effort in their setup, choice of colors, and how they established their presence and utilization of the space. I’m definitely coming back to try more dishes. Their family pack looks good and their tacos are next on my list.

By far some of the best tacos in the area! They serve a variety dishes starting with your traditional street tacos with choice of meat, birria tacos (also served as a combo with consome), wet or dry burritos, enchiladas, fajitas, all they way to some of their “Favoritos tacos” which are FANTASTIC! For those who have kids that are a little picky the tacos are served without any toppings so everyone can customize their tacos just how they like it & for the adults that drink responsibly they also serve beer and beverages such as their Michelada. Nonetheless, an amazing place with amazing people serving excellent food!

Fantastic food. Plenty of seating inside and outside. They have music playing and a couple TVs. Plenty of beverages from aguas frescas, sodas, and beers. Their menu is pretty big, Plenty to choose from. I recommend the mixed fajitas as it is a pretty sizeable portion and packed with flavors. Their homemade salsa is pretty solid. They have a little area tlfor condiments, salsas, limes, and other little sides. They have both a man and woman restroom. Plenty of parking in the little shopping center.

After getting needed CNG for my commuter car we were looking for a well regarded and highly rated Mexican taco place and El Jefe came up. We gave it a try…. Al Pastor tacos, Birria place and horchata, all good and tasty but not too outstanding… we did appreciate the consommé which really elevated the flavor of the tacos. We may be back at some point (probably after fueling up) but we have loads of really good Mexican options close to home.

$1.50/ea taco which is cheap and tasty (Tuesday only). Ordered the cheek, tripe, and pork. Good-good-good.

Very good and unique tacos here. Might be the best I’ve had in a long time. Has that street food vibe with gourmet ingredients. You’ll pay a little more here, but I assure you it’s worth it. They have stuff here you’ve never seen before. Gotta try it!

I can only speak for 3 menu items as it was my first visit there. Very impressed so far. The Carne Asada was super good. The Chorizo taco was great, homemade with lots of seasoning. The Jefe taco, big winner. Bbq shrimp, carna asada and guacamole. You add your own sides from their salsa bar. I’ll definitely be back. Prices are good for the size and quality. Burritos up next!
