Wanted to try something new for dinner. We decided on Tacos E Kali for date night. There is 10 tables or so inside but it wasn’t packed. Had some trouble ordering food since the cashier which took a while since he didn’t understand English but I’ve realized that is where some amazing food are located. We ordered the Alambre’s Pastor, Flauta Carnitas and chips & guac. The alambres was good but I wished there was more cheese and the added hotdog was a little weird. The crunch from the Flauta was good and I enjoyed the carnitas but my wife was expecting shredded carnitas. The guac was very good but the chips tasted overcooked but we liked the thickness. Overall, we had a good experience but also it wasn’t anything amazing. Will return and try more next time.

If I see birra tacos on a menu, i have to order them. I just had the quesa birra tacos from this place and WOW. Definitely the best I’ve had in MN so far. This is my new favorite taco joint!

My god… These are the best tacos in MN hands down. Just stopped in this afternoon. Ordered 2 burria tacos, 2 tacos de asada, 1 taco de lengua, and 1 taco al pastor. All of them were next %!#$ level. Service was friendly, environment comfortable. Top notch. I will be back extremely often.

We ordered Birria tacos, steak tacos, pork tamales, & hotdogs/steak with cheese tacos. I’ve got to say this place made me satisfied with my cravings. One of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve tried so far in BP. The spicy sauce was so bomb with the tacos too. Totally recommend this place to anyone that loves Mexican foods. Will be coming back for sure.

Small family business, don’t expect high presentation. These are diamond in a box. Order more food then I thought, ate 8 tacos and passed out for 4 hours and tamales are not bad.

Finally stopped by after driving past the place a few times. It was amazing. The birria ramen and quesabirria are out of this world. Felt like home cooking and super authentic. Service is great too. Would highly recommend. I’m definitely revisiting!

I’m giving 5 stars only because I don’t want to lower a new businesses rating. The food I ate was flavorful, but I would advise not to bring an order out before it’s complete. There’s nothing worse than being made to sit in front of your food without being able to eat it. If necessary a heating lamp would be a good investment so the food does not get cold before the order is complete. Also, a final check of the food going out should be done just to ensure quality and consistency. You can catch a lot by just taking a final second to look at what you are about to serve.

Love how the meat is made fresh. Flavor is awesome! Wish I had more meat, might be because I’m a meat eater. Wish there was more of a char on my burrito and much hotter but then again it can just be me. Takes time to make the meat but that’s when you know it’s made fresh. So don’t expect it to be an express to go meal. Definitely coming here again.
