We ate here while at Brew Lab. WOW!! We ate everything so fast I didn’t even get a photo. We had the carne asada fries and the quesobirria tacos. The portions were plentiful and everything tasted so fresh and homemade. The flavors were amazing. Can’t wait to find them again and try more menu items. Holy cow, I didn’t know it was possible to make tacos taste this good. Amazing! The salsa verde had me wanting to drink it straight, it was that tasty. I will find this truck whenever we are back in ABQ.
