Tacos El Norte is one of my family’s favorite local taco places. They have an excellent selection of food and always deliver great quality. My personal favorite item to get is a taco dinner with 3 tacos and beans and rice, and every time I got the food is top notch quality and fairly priced. Highly recommend!

My family and I were looking for an authentic Mexican place to eat on our way back home. So we stop at Tacos el Norte. Unfortunately everything was very bland tasting. For example, I ordered the cheese Enchiladas with avocado, and the sauce was just a tomato sauce not a flavorful enchilada sauce. Very disappointed.

This place has a wonderful selection of traditional Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes. I’ve been coming here for years the quality of the food is always very good and consistent also has a good selection of margaritas. The prices are reasonable and the portions are large.

Parking lot was packed, with droves of people pouring into the restaurant. Didn’t matter because this restaurant has its operations running perfectly. Tables bussed immediately, seated immediately, server prompt, food served quickly. All of the ingredients were fresh, which made for a delightfully delicious dinner. First time there, we’ll return.

Ordered chicken quesadilla..they gave me cheese quesadilla..when I called them ..they didn’t acknowledge their mistake..didn’t feel sorry for their mistake..very arrogant and rude in their response..avoid this place at all cost. Teach them lesson to respect customers and acknowledge their mistake..worst attitude..avoid at all cost

Friendly waitresses but a little slow. To be fair they were busy in the front with pickup orders. Chips and salsa were fairly typical although the salsa had a little kick which was nice. They advertised “queso fundido” as the special. This was quite literally cheese (I suspect something like Velveeta) melted in the microwave. Had no spice/flavor; salsa verde would at least be an attempt at adding flavor. I ordered fajitas and it was brought out on a plate along with the rice, beans, and lettuce (with a dollop of sour cream). Again the fajita meat/veggie mixture was on the plate with everything else, not brought out sizzling on cast iron. It’s possible that the cast iron is “Americanized” Mexican food (I really don’t know) but I would’ve liked the fajita mixture to be spiced better to make up for the lack of presentation. It was bland. Not bad, just bland. The beans and rice were very good. Again the wait staff was very friendly, a little slow, and the food was mediocre and on the bland side. Restaurant appeared clean. Rating for this restaurant is a little high. A solid 3 stars. Up the rating by improving your queso recipe and use more spices in your fajita meat. I was told by a friend they found the food here bland as well.

I ordered the chicken enchiladas. 3 enchiladas with beans and rice. Lettuce with sour cream on it. So so delicious! Staff was very friendly. I loved the adorable reindeer display. Price was fantastic. Large quantity of food. I will definitely go there again.
