I loved this joint. Great people, great food, only drawbacks, and the reason for 4 stars was that it was CRAZY HOT in there. It was a super hot day, and the sun just beat the place up. That said.. Everything was very well done, and I can’t wait to go back. I recommend ordering everything!! Don’t hold back. The stars for me were the cabeza and the goat birria. Definitely some of the best I’ve had!! Sending a great big Thank you!! to their team for an amazing night of tacos.

Portions are huge here. I got a torta and some al pastor and asada tacos. Absolutely delicious. I have gone here a few times but got a different job so I’m not in the area very often anymore. I crave this place from time to time because of their tacos and guacamole salsa. Worth the drive. The prices are a bit high but for the quality you’re getting, it’s still worth it. Will be back when I’m in the area again.

All I have to say is if you like Birria, tacos, quesadillas, burritos, aguas frescas, etc.. you have to come try this place out. Make sure to get the consome with the Birria if you like it or never tried it before, just pour it or dip it. My guess is you’ll love it and you’ll be back for more

Meat quality not the greatest, birria is dry and definitely needs to be dipped but even then that doesn’t have much flavor, lengua was bland. Felt nauseous after eating this food. Not sure if it was because it was really busy but not willing to return again. Some customers are ghetto af and don’t understand how to get in line or order properly and be considerate of the others already in line waiting to order.

I got to say that the birria tacos were great, right amount of meat and the taste was excellent. There were enough delicious sauces to choose from some nice and spicy. The place is relatively small so I can’t really recommend eating in, and the service was not the one I expected from a small business. The parking is very limited and in a very busy erea. Take out is what I recommend and the chivo birria if you like goat.

Last night we went to the 4th of July block party in downtown LA. We ate the Birria Tacos plate and consommé from the Tacos El Patron food truck, and it was so delicious! I was particularly impressed because they were swamped. We had to line up for over an hour for food which was frustrating, but every food vendor looked to be in the same situation. I was happy the wait was worth it.

I came in at 9:44 pm and they did not let me eat inside, with my family. What bothered me more was that I made a purchase of almost if not more…..,,,, of at least 200 dollars that’s crazy because the restaurant closes at 11pm. I love the food here but that’s not the way to treat customers coming from riverside to eat here. After a baseball game.
