Food truck offering burritos, street tacos, and more. I had a brisket taco and carne asada burrito on my first visit. Both were freshly prepared and tasted amazing. They also offer shrimp and other meat choices. I highly recommend the shrimp burrito and any of the sauces. Really nice family that wanted to learn more about the customers. Looking forward to the next time.

When I was passing by Redmond, I stopped at this place to get some lunch, and I really liked it. I ordered Chicken fajitas, and it was all good. Also, the person who attended me was very friendly, and I didn’t have to wait long time to get my order. Recommended!

I want to love this truck. I will go back to try their other offerings, but the chicken quesadilla and bean burritos I tried were wrapped in very greasy flour tortillas. The beans, and the chicken and cheese, had very good flavor, but I couldn’t get past the grease.

We had chicken and birria tacos. Both were great! The beef was flavorful and tender. The chicken tacos were prepared similar to the birria tacos, grilled with cheese and topped with coleslaw. Not what I was expecting but pleasantly surprised.

My favorite Mexican food truck I have found. I’ve tried every single taco and two of their burritos and the quality, and the flavors.. are always top tier. It literally never disappoints… The ONLY downside is that they aren’t open on Mondays, but they very much deserve they day off

Ordered through Uber Eats. Pastor tacos is where it’s at. This was the best pastor I’ve had in Redmond. We also ordered steak fajitas. The veggies and the meat were perfectly cooked. Everything was really good.
