Hands down one of the best tacos I’ve had. Super flavorful and fresh. We got their fish tacos, fish California burritos and their plantanos fritos. Everything was amazing and the staff were kind and friendly. Definitely would come back when we are in the area.

My grilled chicken salad was wonderfully delicious, slightly spicy but not too much. My husband ordered a cheese enchilada and a carne asada enchilada. I was not impressed. The cheese was too spicy and there was no sauce on the enchiladas. The meat was a little too overcooked for my husband’s taste, almost crunchy. I am used to wonderfully Saucy enchiladas from Arizona but these seemed very dry. I would order the chicken salad again but I will never order enchiladas from there

Food is always fresh and flavorful. Tables are hardly if ever fully bussed or clean. Sometimes, you’ll sit at a table stacked with 10 beer bottles and used napkins as company. Great food, nice staff, gross tables.

I’ve been eating at Centralia’s original Taco Bus for years… Since I was 16. Its now a full on restaurant. I haven’t found a Mexican place that makes food this good!! If you haven’t eaten here yet, try it because you’re missing out! The pork tacos and the chicken burrito are my absolute favorite
