We got the Quesabarria tacos and they were so delicious. My family really enjoyed everything. A lot of “mmmm mmmm, this is good” from more than one of us. They packed plenty of napkins and salsa Verde too. The owner was very nice and the food was up fast!

A little taco truck on the side of the road in downtown Palmetto. Quesa birrias were delicious imo. The meat was flavorful and tender. The cheese was yummy and not gooey or hard like some others we have tried. They had the crunch that others have missed. So good! The man was super nice also!

Went on the hunt for Birria tacos in the area first place we went to was not so good in Bradenton.. Juan’s tacos in palmetto was the second place we hunted out.. best decision ever!!! The Birria tacos was amazing definitely will come back again!!

My daughter is a Mexican food affitionafo and saw this truck and bought us lunch! IT WAS EXCELLENT! The taste of the meat in the tacos is Great, cooked Perfect and quick! We LOVED it! It’s OUTSTANDING! STOP there or you’ll just miss out! We are DEFINITELY going back!
