I hate to do this but ..my first time here walk inn seat down in wait and wait until i see people go to the counter an order in pay up front the lady never say anything…anyway 7 tacos one order of chilaquiles and 2 large waters 47 dólares wow !!! Ok my tacos there NOT cabeza there some birria first disappoint second my jamaica water taste more like plain water . Third chilaquiles wow some tortilla chips with some little verde salsa white cheese beans in a tomato salad…sorry people is this the best mexican food in Phoenix i feel bad for your guys..ups almost forget there need a bigger sign outside not there is my business

Ever since Erica left the food isn’t the same. I ordered a torta de hamon with huevos estrallados, lettuce, avacado y queso. I paid 9.75. I get a torta with thick square cuts of hamon with scramble egg. I had a coworker go n ask for the same order I gave n I still got scramble egg n square cut hamon instead of sliced thin ham for the torta, like it use to be when Tony use to be cook. It’s sad. There’s poor customer service. The food is not the same, I stopped going after my incident

Idk who was working drive thru at 9:49 in the morning on 2/19/23, but I think she needs a re-up on her customer service skills. I said i wanted some carne asada fries, I’m not a native spanish speaker, but i tried my best to say it lol. her response, ” Whaaat? Excuse me? what do you want?” i repeated myself. tried to order a horchata, but she basically said the same thing. i was really excited to try this place, but with this being the first interaction i received, its a NO from me!

We were looking for a breakfast burrito spot beings we moved from CO and have yet to find a decent place. Sad to say, I will not ever be back. We ordered 7 breakfast burritos, all flavorless, and lukewarm with old, stale potatoes. In two of them it tasted like cleaning solution (pinesol or fabuloso).. safe to say I didn’t even get half way through my burrito.. and felt sick..
