Finally!!! Authentic Mexican food in our hometown. Awesome food and service. You can tell they really take pride in all they do. You will not be disappointed. Entrees are all exceptional. Cap off your visit with a homemade cake or churro. Thank you, Tacos La Chule!

It’s a little Mexican restaurant with big flavor and heart. A very friendly and helpful person greeted us. You order at the counter, take a seat, and they bring the food to you. They have a variety of options including one of my favorites, Pollo Mucho Loco. It tastes great and the shrimp was cooked just right. Plus, I had leftovers. The Tres Leches cake was one of the better ones I have had. Definitely a place I will go back to.

Had Al pastor street tacos at the opening and they were amazing! Also had delicious horchata for the first time. This is authentic Mexican food here, and I’ll definitely be back to try the chilaquiles and tamales.

We got the Alambres carnitas tacos and the meat was so tasty and the peppers weren’t mushy, they were perfect!!! The cherry on top were the margaritas. Happy they have tequila! Can’t wait to visit again – we’re lucky to have La Chule in Rockford!

Amazing!! Best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Lovely family run establishment. The enchiladas Mexicana were to die for! We tried the birria tacos, divine, the flautas, delicious. We will be back!! It was all so good we didn’t get a picture before we dug in!
