I’ve eaten here a couple times. Both excellent. First, had a Pambazo (Torta sandwich variant) with fried bun and a chorizo-potato Mixture. Very tasty and filling. My wife had Chicken Flautas, she enjoyed them thoroughly. Second time I had 2 Quesabirria tacos with Consomme. Very good. My wife had cheese enchiladas with rice and beans.

We tired this food truck when were we passing through the town and it was definitely worth the stop. Greatly priced and delicious food. I got the breakfast burrito with chorizo and the ground beef tacos, both were really good!! The tacos were DELICIOUS, like I wish I ordered like 6 or 8 tacos instead of the burrito. Dont get me wrong the burrito was really good and would get again but those tacos were bomb!!

Very good tacos carne asada. Small sides pickled carrots with tacos, are best around. I try taco trucks all over. The carne asada is trimmed with no gristle here. Taco was hot and fresh. I also like hot sauce here. It is not over spicy with good flavor that allows you to taste the taco also. Outdoor cover tent cover with clean tables. La Michoacana

Pork chicharrón was chewy and inedible. It felt like rubber chewing gum and I had to spit it out. Both rice and beans had a very acrid, burnt garlic taste and were inedible. They also put the very watery beans on a bed of lettuce, carrot, radish, and lime. I didn’t want any of that in the bean soup, that was supposed to be refried beans. Didn’t follow toppings request. Didn’t make the order ahead.
